When I was away in Kristiansund, one of my mothers friend offered me some cuttings from the shrub Common Broom. Her Common Broom was originally from Bergen where she got some cuttings and brought them to Krisitiansund. Now I got some in my garden in Moss. Her Common Broom was so beautiful. And looked like this. I hope my will look like this too some day.
The cuttings I brought with me looked kind of tired - no wounder after 8 hours in a car. I brougt it with me in a plastic bag with very wet soil around the roots. The first thing I did when I got home was to dig a hole (or the Man did the digging;-), fill in some compost and a lot of water. I hope everything goes well an I I will have the same kind of flowers on my Common Broom.
I love this abour having a garden - you can share plants.
